Dear Prospective Kuvasz buyer,

In order to insure that the Kuvasz is the right breed for you and that we find the right Kuvasz for you, please take a few minutes to look over this questionnaire and respond as accurately as possible to its questions.  Please remember that not all Kuvasz are alike, so we try very hard to place the right dog in the right home.  Many of the criteria used to determine suitability come from your answers to the following questions.
